Terms & Conditions

Grace Periods: Participants in the Mentorship Program are entitled to up to three (3) 30-day grace periods during their time in the program.
Program Removal: During a grace period, you will be temporarily removed from the program. You have the option of pausing your payments during your grace period, or continuing to make payments toward your open balance.
Reinstatement & Extension: Once the selected grace period(s) concludes, you will be reinstated into the program, payments will resume, and your program end date will be extended accordingly.
Flexibility: Grace periods can be taken separately (30 days each) or combined (60 or 90 days) based on your needs.
Requesting a Grace Period: To utilize a grace period, please inform us of your preference for 30, 60, or 90 days in advance.
Reinstatement at a Later Date: If you fully close your account after the 90-day grace period, you have the option to return in the future. The reinstatement fee is $250, and any previous payments made toward the mentorship will be deducted from the total amount due.

I understand that this does not affect or pause any payments to 360 Ascension, as it is a separate entity that does not offer grace periods.

I acknowledge that I have read the terms above for the payment grace period and agree to them. I also acknowledge that if I choose to close my account fully after the end of the grace period instead of moving forward, that I will be charged a $250 reinstatement fee should I return at a later date.
